Poem...
Oooooo she is fly…. better than any chick and I tell u no lie she tops the best looking females I have ever seen
her style is flawless her hair bone straight, braising the bra straps at her back
no way she can be wack
her skin is the creamy touch of a milano cookie but forever chocolate on the inside
curves kicking every where you look
shape like a coke bottle everyone on the block take a look
hips out wide right and bust full to match, behind that exceeds any female makes me just wanna snatch and steal more than one look
ohhh how I try brotha that waist smaller than her hands put together to accentuate those curves
those thick thighs are where its at and where every man wants to lie….Now this…this is beauty
Our black community has created this image of where beauty lies thick thighs light eyes straight hair with no cares
The ebony chocolate sista and the extra thick cast aside with no fear
The hair thicker than a rattail comb can get through barely touching the shoulders its really not cute
Beauty derived from the euro centric proclamation of what is acceptable how is this possible
Maybe you should go home and take a look through your family albums
Maybe the exact womb you came from can transpire the truth before your eyes and help widen these views that have been molded and terrorized
And when these are the only beautiful women in this world I ask you to let the deeper truth unfurl
The meaning behind the action the ways of a society controlled by the supposed superior race
50 yrs ago people exclaim, “Change is a coming change is coming”
Well why hasn’t it come and I’ll tell you why with no harm intended and eventually no harm done
Some Blacks don’t want to change
They want to hold close to these past ideas and erase the truth that is set before them with no other thoughts
I am beautiful, with my nose spread wide my lips full my small bust and my wide hips
I am beautiful with my tight tight curls and kinks referred to by the Negro as naps
Making it ok for people like imus to add to this crap but then we want to get mad
I am beautiful the 5 foot 7 thick women with big legs and small eyes darker than the deepest black
I am beautiful the thinnest lady labeled wack with no curves and no bust, petite frame in every respect with her long and proud dreads
I am beautiful the woman with her faithful relaxed hair breaking off brown skin typical size average in body and height
I am beautiful the woman with the hour glass figure and light skin long hair down her back men digging that rack
I am beautiful, I am Beautiful, I am beautiful no matter how I say it and where the label is going I am beautiful the beauty and shades of brown our very essence worthy to wear a crown
We as women as a people lovely in every respect
Society has released its mind games and tricks against the community
So as I exclaimed before “change is a coming,” no change is here. For every natural aspect of me I no longer fear
I walk down the street and I train each colored man to exclaim ooo she is fly! brown, light, dark, wide, skinny, or thicker than flat all of this is first-rate and I can’t fight that fact
